Le programme Six Sigma Green Belt est conçu pour les professionnels qui souhaitent soutenir et diriger des initiatives d'amélioration en utilisant la méthodologie Six Sigma. Ce cours fournit une base solide dans le cadre DMAIC (Définir, Mesurer, Analyser, Améliorer, Contrôler) et dote les participants d'outils pratiques pour réduire les variations, améliorer les processus et contribuer à l'excellence organisationnelle.
