Le programme Six Sigma Black Belt est une formation de niveau avancé conçue pour les professionnels qui cherchent à diriger des initiatives d'amélioration des processus critiques en utilisant les méthodologies Six Sigma basées sur les données. Ce cours permet aux participants d'acquérir une connaissance approfondie de la méthode DMAIC, des outils Lean, de l'analyse statistique, de la direction de projet et du déploiement stratégique. Les Ceintures noires certifiées sont censées apporter des améliorations significatives dans l'ensemble de l'organisation en identifiant les causes profondes, en optimisant les processus et en produisant des résultats financiers mesurables.
