This in-depth course develops directly applicable capability in SAFe Lean Portfolio Management. It connects Strategy and Portfolio Vision, Portfolio Kanban and Epics, and Lean Budgets and Participatory Budgeting to the decisions, controls, and activities participants need to perform in their workplace. The five-module curriculum progresses toward LPM Simulation, using evidence, scenarios, and work products appropriate to the subject.

  • Configure or structure portfolio kanban and epics, including funnel, review, analysis, backlog, implementation, and done states.

  • Manage portfolio operations and governance, including portfolio sync, strategic review, and inspect and adapt.
  • Apply lpm simulation, including prioritize competing epics.
