4D reviews your expertise
Our team reviews each application individually. We assess your experience, delivery capability, sector knowledge, and professional communication. There is no automated filtering — every application receives human review.

Verification and screening
For shortlisted applicants, 4D may request additional verification of credentials, conduct a brief screening conversation, or review your profile documents more closely.

Added to the 4D Expert Network
Approved experts are added to the 4D internal network database. When an engagement that matches your expertise, availability, and geography arises, 4D will reach out to discuss the opportunity.

Matching to engagements
4D matches experts to training, consulting, assessment, and capability development projects based on skill alignment, sector fit, delivery mode, and availability. Engagements are project-based and vary in scope and duration.

Collaboration under 4D's framework
All engagements operate under agreed professional terms. Experts may be required to sign service agreements, NDAs, and non-solicitation or non-circumvention terms before being engaged on a project.

Experts engaged through the 4D network may be required to sign a service agreement, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and/or non-solicitation or non-circumvention terms before being assigned to a project. These exist to protect clients, 4D, and the integrity of every engagement.
