Well Operations Crew Resource Management (WOCRM)

This interactive course is designed to improve communication, teamwork, and decision making among well operations teams. Based on Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles adapted from the aviation and nuclear industries, WOCRM addresses the human factors that contribute to operational safety and performance. The training emphasizes how effective interpersonal dynamics and leadership reduce errors, particularly during critical well control situations.
