
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
The Six Sigma Black Belt program is an advanced level training designed for professionals seeking to lead critical process improvement initiatives using data driven Six Sigma methodologies. This course equips participants with in depth knowledge of DMAIC, Lean tools, statistical analysis, project leadership, and strategic deployment. By the end of this course, participants will be able to: Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects using the DMAIC methodology. Mentor and guide Green Belts and team members. Quantify the financial impact of improvement projects. Build sustainable process controls and monitor performance over time.

Module 5: Improve Phase Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Kanban Design of Experiments (DOE) Solution generation and selection Risk assessment and pilot testing Implementation planning
Module 6: Control Phase Control plans Statistical Process Control (SPC) Control charts (X̄-R, p-chart, etc.) Visual management Project closure and handover
