Master Project Integration Management, from developing the project charter and plan to directing work, managing changes, and closing projects.
Effectively manage project scope and schedule, including requirements collection, WBS creation, activity definition, duration estimation, and critical path analysis.
Apply principles of Project Cost and Quality Management, encompassing estimation, budgeting, cost control (including EVM), quality planning, assurance, and control.
